In the spring of 2018, Duni’s enterprise agreement for their Microsoft Dynamics CRM was up for renewal. At the same time, Microsoft launched a new release of the Dynamics CRM with more functionality and improved SLA. Due to some customized development Duni  had a problem to transfer over to the new license model without significantly increased cost. To solve the issue a decision was taken to change from an enterprise agreement – which would limit them to an expensive license – to a more flexible pay-as-you-go model through Advania Marketplace. This means that Duni could change their license over time to fit the business needs better, while also lowering the cost of usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Today Duni is using Advanias Marketplace for various versions of services.
